Digital Wellbeing Experiments is a showcase of ideas and tools that help people find a better balance with technology that launched on Experiments with Google. Each experiment addressed a different negative habit that people wanted to break. For example, Desert Island: An experiment challenging you to focus, by going a day with only your essential apps.
On top of the experiments, we made a Hack Pack that used in workshops to help people think about what their own ideas could be too; with the hope that the more people that get involved, the more we can collectively learn about building better technology.
